WHP seal of approval for healthy farms<\/h2>

In March this year, EPS Electric Power Systems received the extension of the seal of approval for workplace health promotion from the Austrian Health Insurance Fund of Lower Austria. EPS has been part of workplace health promotion for almost 10 years. This year, the WHP seal of approval of the Austrian Health Insurance Fund was awarded for the 4th time. The family-owned company is very proud of this, because a healthy workplace is very important to EPS. <\/p>

Both locations awarded<\/h3>

The Austrian Health Insurance Fund Lower Austria looks after the locations in Maria Anzbach and Gro\u00df Gerungs.<\/p>

The seal of approval is an award from the “Austrian Network for Workplace Health Promotion” and is awarded to those companies that have met certain quality criteria. Another criterion is the particular innovative spirit of the respective company. The purpose is to certify a company’s health orientation and make it publicly visible. <\/p>

Why small and medium-sized companies need an “electricity superheroine”<\/h2>

If I had to explain to a 5-year-old child what a UPS system is and how it works, I would tell something like this:<\/p>

“A UPS is like a superpower that steps in when the power is suddenly gone \u2013 and ensures that important equipment continues to run.”<\/strong><\/p>

This is exactly what a UPS system<\/a> (UPS: Uninterruptible power supply)<\/em> does. And that’s exactly what many small and medium-sized companies need. <\/p>

What is a UPS \u2013 and why is it so important?<\/h3>

A UPS is a device that stores electricity and provides it immediately when the normal power supply fails. No waiting, no flickering, no restart \u2013 it kicks in in milliseconds<\/strong>. <\/p>

For a child, this would be like the lights going out in the children’s room, but a magic lamp goes on immediately before it even gets dark.<\/p>
