Energy-efficient building in the middle of the Waldviertel
We celebrated the ceremonial start of construction of our long-awaited construction project on Friday, 08. May 2020 in Dietmanns near Groß Gerungs. We plan, build and offer services for high-availability and energy-efficient data center infrastructures and server rooms on the Central European market. With the new location, we will offer our services, products and services even more professionally and centrally. The Waldviertel region will also gain a state-of-the-art office and warehouse centre geared towards energy efficiency and sustainability.
New warehouse and office space for the Groß Gerungs site
A multi-storey, energy-efficient company building will be built at the new location. At an altitude of 754 m, modern offices will be set up. With a basement room, a basement, a ground floor and an upper floor, our team will have enough space for the planning and design of power supply and data center solutions.
Environmentally friendly and state-of-the-art house installation technology
Our new company building is equipped with PV (pholtovoltaic) systems and modern access systems. The rainwater is collected and reused for the toilet facilities, the operation of the brine-water heat pump and the irrigation of the plants. Fire protection cabinets, racks and ISO containers are pre-built by us and prepared for installation on the construction site.
