Emergency power generator for the biotechnology company Biomay in Vienna: the biopharmaceutical company is now well equipped against power outages. For the manufacturing biopharmaceutical industry, power outages pose a particularly high risk. Biomay AG, located in Vienna’s 22nd district (Seestadt Aspern), is a biopharmaceutical manufacturer of innovative products such as recombinant proteins or plasmid DNA.
The new in-house server room now houses two modular and scalable Eaton UPS systems, designed as 2N redundancy. This means that it is an A/B fail-safe multi-path power supply and the highest availability is guaranteed.
