Colocation Data Center – Fire Prevention and Early Fire Detection
Fire prevention will be standard in every modern data center in the future. Early fire detection (RAS smoke aspiration systems) and oxygen reductions or argon extinguishing gas systems are already the current “state of the art” in every server room. In the case of colocation data centers, it is mandatory for responsible IT data center operators to use fire prevention systems and to check them regularly.
