UPS sensor in 19″ server racks
Eaton’s environmental sensor measures temperature and humidity in 19″ racks. Environmental data can be monitored remotely in real-time with email alert notifications using Eaton’s Power Management solution. The ambient sensor also offers the possibility of daisy-chaining (up to 3 per host), so that multiple sensors can be connected to a single host.
The sensor is compatible with the current Eaton UPS models as well as the new ePDU Smart Power Strip Eaton ePDU G3+ . The risk of downtime is significantly reduced, and reports on water and smoke are also possible. The EMP creates customizable shutdown and load shedding protocols for you. The sensor comes with screws, cable ties, Velcro strips and magnets.
