Fire resistance F120
IT security cell F120 as a room-in-room system. The IT cell complies with the F120 fire resistance specified in the standard and meets the limits for temperature and humidity in accordance with the legal standards. The proof of the fire resistance test was carried out by an independent testing institute. Due to the location and the technical structure of the IT security cell, the high-security data center is reliably protected against temperature increases, increases in relative humidity, penetration of extinguishing water and aggressive fire gases. For the installation, a smooth raw floor covering with a maximum height difference of 2-3% must be ensured. The modular IT security room is self-supporting and free-standing in a “steel cassette construction”. This ensures a later room expansion or a cell move. The scope of delivery includes robust wall, ceiling and floor elements, which are installed and connected to the equipotential bonding system (in accordance with the ÖVE EN standards or VDE EN standards) together with the steel plates and cassettes.

IT fire doors in the server room
IT fire doors are available as a single-door system or as double doors with a width of 1100mm and a height of 2200mm. The door hinge can be located on the right or left, depending on your needs. The security door is equipped with a sliding rail door closer, including an electric safety or motorized lock for easy integration into an access management system
Cable grommets
The cable penetrations installed and installed by us are fireproof, pressurized water and gas-resistant cable bulkheads, which are used for the introduction of data, pipe (cold water) control and supply lines into the IT security cell. The calf bushings consist of a flange frame made of hot-dip galvanized strip steel, a wedge seal with compression units and corresponding modular elements. A frame has space for 36, 48, 96 or more cables with a cable diameter of up to 10.5mm.
Pressure dampers
