The Siemon TERA Category 8.2 (Class II) copper connector supports all data center applications supported by Category 8.2, Category 7A/Class FA cabling systems, and below. As part of the Siemon TERA Category 8.2 cabling system, the connector delivers up to 2 GHz transmission power for high-speed applications at 25 gigabits and 40 gigabits per second for switch server connections with two connectors over a maximum cable run of 30 meters. Quick installation in Siemon TERA patch cords is possible, as is the connection of the connectors to 22 or 22 connectors. 23 AWG S/FTP or F/FTP shielded cables.
