On 29 January 2025, a total of 168 Austrian employers were honoured for their commitment to more family-friendliness in the company in Vienna’s Aula der Wissenschaften. Among the invited companies was EPS Electric Power Systems GmbH, which was awarded for its outstanding commitment to promoting a family-friendly work culture and received the Austrian seal of approval for the reconciliation of work and family life for the second time.
Maria Anzbach / Vienna – The certificates were personally presented by SC Bernadett Humer, MSc, Head of Section for Family and Youth at the Federal Chancellery. EPS, with its headquarters in Maria Anzbach and two other branches in Groß Gerungs, is characterised by flexible working time models, a good work-life balance and numerous initiatives that enable employees to successfully reconcile work and family life.
“As a family-owned company, we want to actively take measures to promote the compatibility of work and family life and thus contribute to a modern and fair world of work. Our employees are actively involved here and appreciate this initiative very much,” says Stefanie Gutleder, Managing Director of EPS Electric Power Systems GmbH.
